Payments made prior to 5:00 pm Eastern / 2:00 pm Pacific will be credited to your account as of the current business day. Payments made after 5:00 pm Eastern / 2:00 pm Pacific will be credited to your account on the next business day.
    • Over the Phone: Please call your local branch to make a payment at any time during normal business hours to have your payment credited as of the current business day. Or call (380) 213-1281 24/7.
    • At the Branch: Please visit your local branch to make a payment at any time during normal business hours to have your payment credited as of the current business day.
  • Who can benefit from our Loan Programs?

    Real estate investors who don’t qualify or don’t want to deal with the requirements of traditional bank loans.

    Banks can lend at much lower rates but their criteria are much more stringent. Banks evaluate you, the borrower, as their primary qualification.     When determining your interest rate, we take several factors into account including property location, borrower experience and loan to value. Currently, rates range from 4% to 10% for standard hard money loans, and around 5% for construction loans.
